Daily Awakenings Online Program Liability Waiver

By choosing to participate in the Daily Awakenings Online Program (the "Program") provided by Yoga Attic, operating out of Ontario, Canada ("Provider"), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Risk Acknowledgment: I understand that the Program, including meditation, yoga, and journaling sessions, involves physical and mental activities that may expose me to risks, including but not limited to physical injury and activities that may be thought-provoking or triggering. I affirm that I am in appropriate health to engage in these activities and willingly assume all risks associated with my participation.

Liability Release: I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Yoga Attic, its directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, rights, or causes of action of any kind, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Program, whether arising from the negligence of the Provider or otherwise.

Medical Disclaimer: I acknowledge that the Provider is not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment through the Program. I agree to consult a healthcare professional regarding any physical or mental health concerns prior to participating in the Program.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any losses, liabilities, damages, or costs, including legal fees, arising from my participation in the Program or my actions related thereto.

Agreement to Terms: I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and agree to its terms voluntarily, recognizing that it legally binds me and limits my legal rights, including the right to sue the Provider. I acknowledge this waiver forms a contract under the laws of Ontario, Canada, and agree to abide by its terms.

Governing Law: This Liability Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

By engaging in the Program, I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age or, if not, that my parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to this waiver on my behalf.
